Ever consider how stress free life could be if everyone did what they said they were going to do, did it when they said they would and as well as they said they would? Welcome to Real Estate done differently by the Palm Springs Home Team, where it’s promises kept!

Growing up in the Sandhills of Nebraska, my parents instilled a sense of responsibility that to this day,
can send me into a frenzy. I’ve had a fun and colorful life to date: teacher, actor/singer, game show
development, interior designer, HR Manager, Corporate Finance (Pretty much everything but a nun!)
before discovering Real Estate. However – thanks to my mom and dad! – that sense of responsibility
combined with a love of all things Real Estate, won’t allow me to stop until everything is done and
promises kept!

There is an art to fine living we all craft throughout our lives – whether it’s our surroundings,
entertainment, relaxation, wine, clothing, food, shopping…whatever it is that sparks your personal joy.
Do it and do it well! To us, the art of professionally marketing a home and/or the art of introducing a
buyer to a great new property, brings us an equal sense of happiness.

There are certainly a lot of agents around here (It’s joked renewing one’s drivers license comes with a
complimentary Real Estate license!), which is why customer service, ethics, professionalism and
creativity matter. We knew upfront we had to be better than the rest. Reputations take a lifetime to
build and mere seconds to destroy, so we strive to be the agents clients choose and the agents other
agents want to work with. Promises kept because reputations matter!
Why was this so important to us? Because it is not only our responsibility to you as your dedicated
advocates, but also our community and ultimately, to ourselves. Being more knowledgeable, more
attentive and more fun, helps to stand out in a very crowded field.

When Brandon and I established Palm Springs Home Team, our objective was to do business bigger
and better than we’d witnessed elsewhere. Today, we are top 2% of Berkshire Hathaway
Home Services agents world-wide, so thankfully, something is working. We’ve learned:
Marketing needs to be magnificent. ( Don’t get me started on iPhone pictures on the MLS or other
websites! Better marketing means bigger returns!)

Open houses should be events. (When things get to open up again, we invite you to stop by for a mimosa or snack whenever you see our 12’ tangerine flags!) Communication and availability matters. Why would anyone NOT answer calls and/or emails promptly? I am often taken aback when someone is surprised at a quick response. You deserve it!
Working with the best title company, the best escrow company, the best inspectors, the best, the best,
the best…all matter and all are a reflection on us. We’re very careful about those we refer.

And finally, a sense of perspective and a sense of humor doesn’t hurt any either!
We are driven to see your success and to maintaining a relationship long after closing. If you’re not
happy, we didn’t do our job. My brilliant mother always said, “Whatever you choose to do, do it with
pride, the absolute best you can and always keep your promises!” We agree! Thank you Mom!
