I want to cordially say a “Happy Hello” to my readers near and far and welcome you to “Ethyl’s Place!” My new column is sure to bring you the UTMOST JOY with all the inside scoop on Palm Springs and beyond.

Now that we are finally seeing the light and slowly getting back to normalcy in the world, I say it’s time to let our hair down and have some FUN!!!! Are you with me??? Somehow, I kind of just know that you are.
