It’s All About You

It is true, it is all about YOU!  This life, this new year, you have a choice to fully honor you!  What do you choose this day?  What do you choose to create in the days ahead?  We always have a choice, so what do YOU choose?

The new year brings a fresh start.  We can set the reset button on all that has occurred in the past 12 months and begin again.  Take a big deep breath and think of all that is possible as you begin again to create all you desire.  The willingness to pause and think for a moment, then to set our intentions boldly for a powerful year ahead, is using the power of conscious creativity to build the lives we dream about!   

One of the first steps in creating our lives consciously, is setting clear intentions.  Powerful clear intentions not only assist us in propelling our dreams into reality, they also are the best medicine for our physical and mental well-being! Writing intentions keeps us awake, on track, and in choice!  Living a life of intention keeps us in celebration of experiencing all we wish to experience. So right now, let’s begin together….

I invite you to put pen to paper and write what you desire in the form of a powerful intention.  Express it in the positive and boldly state, “It is my intention to ….”  What follows these few words are qualities of what you wish to create.  Such as, “It is my intention to make choices each day that empower me as I fulfill my passions and desires.”  Then post this intention where you will see it daily.  Whatever you desire for this year deserves to be honored and kept alive.  Intentions are active and powerful, and they keep us out of expectation and ground us in the present moment. Intentions guide the direction of our lives and support us in fulfilling our dreams.  

I invite you to now declare your intentions boldly.  Stand tall and participate in creating your life as you wish it to be.  Know that the universe is right here, supporting every precious step you take, and every beautiful breath you breathe.  You deserve the most wonder-filled 2020, so participate to create it fully and enjoy the adventure of your life. This year is all about YOU!
