Ingredients

1 (14-oz.) can unsweetened coconut milk

12 oz. Casazul Silver Tequila

8 oz. Triple Sec

1/2 c. Lime Juice

2 c. ice

Combine coconut milk, tequila, triple sec, lime juice and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.  Rim glasses with lime wedge and dip in sanding sugar. Pour into glass and garnish with lime and cranberries. Serve.

 

Clausmopolitan

Ingredients

1 c. Ketel One Vodka

1 1/2 c. cranberry juice

1/4 c. triple sec

1/4 c. fresh lime juice

1/2 c. fresh cranberries

Run a lime wedge around each glass then dip in sanding sugar. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice then add vodka, cranberry juice, triple sec, and lime juice. Shake until the cocktail shaker is cold. Pour into rimmed glasses and add cranberries for garnish.

 

Peppermint Bark Mimosa

Ingredients

1/4 c. semisweet chocolate chips, melted

3 candy canes, crushed

6 oz. peppermint schnapps, divided

1 bottle Equality Vines “Love Wins” Sparkling Cuvée

6 candy canes, whole

Pour melted chocolate onto a small plate. Pour crushed candy canes onto a separate plate. Dip rims of champagne flutes first in chocolate, then in crushed candy canes to coat. Add one ounce of peppermint schnapps to each glass, then top with Iron Horse Cuvee. Garnish with full candy canes before serving.

 

Jagernog

3oz eggnog

1oz Jagermeister

Mix, top with cinnamon or nutmeg and enjoy!
