Did you know the healthier you are the better your sex will be???  Well not so much better in the actual physical act of sex – that comes with talent, experience, and partner preference – but the actual hormones and physical endurance will be better than if you were not in physical good health.  Captain obvious right?  What is not obvious is what exercises are the best for increasing hormones and for sexual performance.  Specific workouts, specific exercises, and eating a healthy diet can improve many factors where it comes to making the “magic” happen.

First let’s talk about legs!  Oh yes, that is right, legs.  If you just thought to yourself that your legs are good and you don’t need to work them out think again flamingo.  All upper body with no legs creates a very disproportional design and look, not including limiting your testosterone potential.  Testosterone, the coveted male hormone that builds muscle and…(Enter Superman theme song) creates the male sex drive, is secreted primarily by the adrenal glands of the testicles in men and ovaries in women, and is increased and stimulated by packing on lean muscle.  Legs are the largest muscle grouping, so stimulate them!

Build the muscle and create lean body mass.  Resistance training is the only way to build lean body mass.  Remember, cardio training only works the heart and builds your endurance.  To create more testosterone you must lift heavy to build your muscle mass.  Design an exercise program built around heavy lifting.  Whether it be strength training or hypertrophy training, both will build mass, but design the program that is best for you.  Sex drive and testosterone will come with both.

You are not through the woods yet if your diet is not under control.  Again, your goal is lean muscle mass, so eat healthy.  Eating healthy or clean eating, is eating a controlled diet to attain lean muscle mass.  It involves only natural foods, unrefined sugars, good fats, and complex carbohydrates.  A term you will hear often is “eating dirty,” that means eating whatever and whenever.  Not the best choice, but people will do if for mass because calories are calories and calories will achieve size.  Maybe not lean body mass, but muscle will be the result with the proper workout regimen.

There you go.  All the basic tools for your tool!  Apply them and see the results.  If you are not already why not try them out.  The worst you could achieve is getting into better shape and no one has ever said, “I wasn’t so good in bed.”  Ever.  Why not get better???
