Toucans Tikimeister

The 2017 Battle of Bars took place at Cathedral City LGBT Days this past March, where local bars where challenged to come up a cocktail featuring Jagermesiter. Judged on presentation, taste and mixology , the competition was fierce but only one could take the trophy and the title. Bars competing this year were AJ’s  Splash Bar, Bonta Restaurant and Bar, Chill Bar and Scorpion Room, The Barracks and Toucans Tiki Lounge.

2017 Battle of the Bars WINNER – TOUCANS TIKI LOUNGE

Toucans Tiki Lounge took the title with Levi Topham’s TIKIMEISTER, a delicious blend of juices and Jagermesiter, garnished with pizzazz. Stop in Toucans Tiki Lounge and order one! Here is the winning concoction:

Levi Topham, originally from Cedar City, Utah,  relocated to Palm Springs 10 years ago from Las Vegas. Levi has great energy, a witty sense of humor and is fun to be around. He has worked at Toucans Tiki Lounge for close to two years and enjoys every second of it. When not working at Toucans, Levi enjoys shopping, relaxing poolside, and most of all spending time with his two year old Chihuahua, Hammer! Stop in Toucans and say “Hi.”
